1. Returns Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. If the timeframe has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
• Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or order number. 

3. Exempt Goods
Certain items are non-returnable and exempt from refunds, including:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items

4. Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, you may choose:

• A full refund to your original payment method
• Store credit for future purchases
• An identical item exchange

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
