Shipping and delivery

1. Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if your shipment is significantly delayed. 
  
  

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

• We currently ship to the US only.

4. Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

• The Scrunchery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim directly with the shipment carrier.
